遵守及細則

「香港男同志先生」一個比選美更加豐富的比賽。評判團隨了對外在美進行評審, 還對於參加者的個性及形象進行選拔。

評判團以下列準則來挑選參加者

  • 主動向身邊的人展示自己;
  • 善於表達自己的思想;
  • 富有魅力及吸引力;
  • 真我的個人風格
  • 有自信而不自大;
  • 能成為親善大使;
  • 典型的香港男同志。

重要條款及事項:

  •  MAP總監有權選擇進入決比賽之參賽者。
  • 所以參賽者須出席一連串宣傳活動, 當中包括酒吧遊團, 新聞發佈會, 服裝造型及試身, 化妝及攝影, 電視或電台節目等, 該活動由MAP策劃和場地贊助人批准及認可。
  • 為了比賽能公平進行, 在比賽進行期間參賽者不能有未經MAP許可的私人形象設計師, 髮型師, 及後台支援。
  • 在所有活動的場所內及總決賽時不能抽煙。
  • 禁止使用任何藥物。
  • 所有參賽者的不正當,不遵守規則或無禮行為, 將有可能導致該參賽者即時被MAP中止參賽資格。
  • 所有參賽者願意接受被攝影, 攝錄或訪問。參賽者亦明白那些攝影, 攝錄或訪問將會於本地或其他國家播放。參賽者將不會獲得任何報酬。
  • 「香港男同志先生」勝出者會與MAP簽署一年合約，勝出者須出席由MAP安排的活動, 當中包括酒吧遊團, 新聞發佈會, 服裝造型及試身, 化妝及攝影,電視或電台節目等。

Rules & Regulations

The Mr Gay Hong Kong competition is much more than a beauty contest. While physical beauty will be part of the judges’ considerations, it is a young man’s character and personality that will make a difference in the selection.

The jury will focus on a young man who shows

  • an interest in the world around him;
  • can articulate his thoughts;
  • has an innate charm and sparkle;
  • is special, but real;
  • has poise and confidence without coming across as arrogant;
  • can be an ambassador of goodwill;
  • is the quintessential young man of the city of Hong Kong.

Important Terms & Conditions:

  •  The Directors of MAP will choose the delegates who will compete in the Grand Finale.
  • Delegates shall participate in a series of events, including but not limited to pictorials, bar tours, press conferences, wardrobe fittings and makeover sessions, that will be sanctioned by MAP and its corporate and venue sponsors.
  • To ensure a fair competition, there will be no personal stylists, hair dressers or local arrangers permitted backstage during the competition, except professionals with valid MAP identification.
  • Smoking is not allowed in event venues, as well as during the Grand Finale.
  • Any use of drugs is prohibited.
  • Any misconduct, non-observance of rules or disrespectful behaviour by a delegate may result in immediate dismissal from the Mr. Gay Hong Kong competition,   as determined by MAP officials.
  • All delegates must be willing to be photographed, videotaped and interviewed at all times. Delegates understand that the photos, video footage and interviews     can be distributed, and the show can be broadcasted, domestic or foreign, without any limitations, and without any fee to the contestants.
  • The winner of Mr. Gay Hong Kong will be under contract for one year with MAP and therefore will be required to participate in activities including but not limited to pictorials, interviews, sponsor visits, radio and television appearances, and press conferences.
  • The Mr. Gay Hong Kong titleholder may return to normal life after the competition is over. However, any request for personal appearances as the official Mr.   Gay Hong Kong shall be coordinated only through MAP.
  • MAP producers are entitled to change or amend the rules and regulations at any time.
